In our continuing efforts to keep your accounts secure, we are improving our alert system for potential fraud. As of June 8, 2016, we will begin contacting you by email notification and text message alerts with the option to reply with “fraud” or “no fraud.” If there is no response received, you will then receive automatic phone calls to confirm or deny fraud. The call will be automated and will give you the option to reply with “fraud” or “no fraud” or you will have the ability to speak to a fraud analyst.
Remember – our messages will never ask for your PIN or account number.
The phone number for our Fraud Center has changed to 1-800-417-4592. If you add this number to your phone contacts and label it “Fraud Center,” it will display on your phone whenever you get a call from this number. To ensure we can reach you, it is important that you update your contact information with any changes. Call us today at 479-788-4600 or 918-775-5501 to verify your email address and phone numbers.
Please review our website for more information on our enhanced fraud protection.
Occasionally, we may restrict debit card usage in certain states due to fraud trends. When traveling, we recommend taking multiple forms of payment in case you are in a restricted area. If you have issues using your card, please contact us.
